Arrival & Departure

Living 360º Spain has created a travel service for the entire Living 360º community.

If you want to relax upon arrival and focus solely on reaching your destination safely and on time, you can rely on this service provided by professionals.

We offer direct and convenient transportation from the train station or airport to your new home!

Our service features professional drivers, ensuring your utmost comfort.

Your driver will be waiting for you upon your arrival, as pickups are arranged in advance. The prices are fixed for all four routes, regardless of the student’s arrival time.

We Take Care of You

You must have full health insurance coverage during your stay in Spain in case of illness or accident.

European students can apply for the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for free access to Spain's public healthcare, provided they have a European passport and legal residence in a European country. Remember to apply for this card in your home country before arriving in Spain, as it cannot be obtained once in Spain.

For students with international health insurance, we recommend reviewing your policy's procedures, requirements, and limitations.

Our team can advise both EU and non-EU students on suitable Spanish health insurance providers, including those that meet the Spanish Consulate’s requirements for student visas and residence permits.

Legal Access to Spain

European Citizens

As an EU citizen, you will not need to apply for a Student Visa.

However, you are legally required to register with Spanish Authorities within the first 90 days of your arrival in Spain. You will have to complete a two-step process in order to obtain your European NIE Card (Certificate of Registration).

Once the academic year begins, our team will guide you through the process, providing you with full instructions and the list of required documents.

Non - European Citizens

For non-European citizens, our specialized advisors will provide the necessary documents for your student visa application.

Once submitted, contact the Spanish Consulate in your area for a list of required documents. You can apply for a student visa 90 days before the academic year starts, though some consulates allow applications up to 180 days prior.

We recommend to contact the Consulate early to schedule an appointment if necessary.
